Starting A New Year
Hello Everyone!
It's been a while since my last email, but I am still alive! Things have just been super busy here—we hardly have time for anything that isn't proselyting! We've been having a great time teaching people throughout the holidays and getting people to feel the love of God while they celebrate Christmas and a New Year!
We've had a great holiday season here, celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's with the other Elders. It's really amazing to commemorate such spiritual holidays as a missionary! To count our blessings and give thanks for what we have, to remember the birth of our Savior and Redeemer, and to celebrate a new beginning and create goals to better ourselves this year!
Meanwhile, we've had a few baptisms! Our friends Jeremias, Menezes, Silvio, Osvaldo, and Anderson all decided to start a covenant relationship with God! We've been really blessed to see so many people progress and grow closer to their Heavenly Father.
This last year has been truly amazing and challenging in ways I can't even explain. I'm really grateful for the experiences that I've had here and that I was called to serve in the Angola Luanda Mission, and I can't wait to see what God has planned for me this year!
I hope all of you have a wonderful week and a great year this year!
